Ingredient prices move, while labor, kitchen time, packaging, and overhead are easy to miss. A sale price that looks reasonable can still leave a baker guessing about the profit on each item.

New and small baking businesses often have to build and maintain linked spreadsheets for inventory, ingredients, recipes, and pricing before they can focus on the bake itself. Dedicated tools can replace that setup with another recurring subscription.
BakeValue connects those jobs in one purpose-built app. A cost entered in the pantry flows through each recipe and into the finished product price, so the number at the counter reflects the work behind it.

Record pack price, pack size, stock, and expiration so shortages and changing costs are visible before a bake.
Combine ingredients and reusable sub-recipes such as frostings, fillings, and doughs with labor and kitchen time.
Add packaging and other costs, choose a margin, and see the sale price and profit per unit.
Prepare batches, update stock, manually add shortages to a shopping list, and follow products through sale.

When an ingredient price changes, connected recipes and products recalculate automatically.
VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, large touch targets, Reduce Motion, and status that never relies on color alone are part of the product.

BakeValue is free to use. Pro is an optional one-time unlock, not a subscription.
BakeValue combines ingredient cost, recipe yield, labor, kitchen time, packaging, overhead, and your chosen margin. It then calculates the cost and sale price per unit.
Yes. When an ingredient price changes, BakeValue automatically recalculates every connected recipe and product cost.
BakeValue tracks ingredients, inventory, expiration, shortages, shopping needs, recipes, and products. Package-unit costing charges 3/24 of a package when a recipe uses 3 of 24 eggs. Compatible same-dimension conversion correctly costs a 5 lb purchase when a recipe uses grams.
