Does Stitchwise work offline and keep my data private?
Yes. The gauge arithmetic runs entirely on your iPhone, with no account, advertising, tracking, server, or network request. Your values remain in the app unless you deliberately create a share link containing selected numbers.
Is Stitchwise affiliated with a pattern platform or designer?
No. Stitchwise is not affiliated with Ravelry, Knit Companion, or any pattern designer. It applies conventional gauge arithmetic to the measurements and gauge values you enter; it does not provide or reproduce pattern instructions.
Can I share my adjusted numbers?
Yes. Stitchwise can create a share link containing only the gauge and adjustment numbers you choose to send. The link does not require an account and does not upload a broader profile, pattern library, or measurement history.
